Within my practice, you will find a safe & nonjudgmental environment in which we can explore these obstacles together, help you heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in life.
I have extensive experience helping clients in the following areas, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, dating / relationship issues, grief, low self-esteem, family conflict, addiction, bipolar disorder, anger management, career and school issues. I especially enjoy working with adults regarding dating/ relationship conflict and find this work to be very rewarding.
*Evidence shows that having a dog present during therapy sessions can provide the following: reduced stress, increased awareness of emotional reactions, and improved resiliency. If your dog is friendly & house trained, you are more than welcome to bring your pup into our office (dogs treats provided at no additional charge :)
